Meta Signals comprises a data analysis and classification alert service “the Service” offered by Monero Capital – FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, UAE “the Company” wherein data is analyzed and classified in the form of alerts that are shared on a Discord server with the Display Name Meta Signals and the Username metasignals “Discord”.

These Terms of Service “Terms” govern your use of the website “Site” or “website” located at https://www.metasignals.io and any related services provided by the Company, including but not limited to access to Discord.

By accessing this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing any and all services offered by the Company.

Access to Discord If purchasing the Meta Mafioso NFT you are granted access to the Discord via Vulcan.xyz once you confirm your ownership. If purchasing the service in USD you are automatically granted access to the Discord via Whop.com. Refund Policy NFT ownership – The Meta Mafioso provides lifetime access to all current and future alert types and pairs. It carries a strict no refund policy. If you are not ready to commit to lifetime access, consider a USD subscription.

USD subscription – All USD subscriptions come with a 7-day no questions asked money back guarantee. Simply initiate the refund request from within your Whop.com account and your request will be granted within three business days.

While every effort is made to keep the Service running 24/7, outside of the initial 7-day period for USD subscriptions, you understand and accept that there will be no refunds given, either partial or full in the event of downtime.

Account Sharing/Redistribution Discord login credentials belong to the individual who purchased access to the Service. Anyone found to be sharing their Discord login credentials will have their account cancelled with no refund given. There is zero tolerance for any attempt to copy, extract, or redistribute the information provided in Discord. Any account found to be participating in such practices will be immediately cancelled with no refund given.

Intellectual Property The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to the Company. They are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use. This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your Hub page in Whop.com. Find your membership, click Manage Membership, and then click Cancel Membership. Once cancelled, your credit card will not be charged on the next billing cycle. Once your subscription is cancelled you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.
